So this person was actually asking for a change? Look at those hands, how'd u manage to take a photo of it? Was he/she trying to grab ur camera or something? Those kinda questions popped into my mind when i look at this picture.

Certainly graphic. The title hurts the image by giving the viewer too much context. By not showing the subject's face, the subject is dehumanized. This is not bad at all in terms of photography, but I believe the title ruins the graphic nature of the image by giving the viewer context. I will stop now before I ramble on far too much.
